At Freskos, customer satisfaction is a priority. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for orders placed on https://freskos.in.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
Product delivered is damaged or spoiled
Incorrect product or quantity received
Tampered or broken packaging upon delivery
Note: Products once opened or consumed will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please:
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery at contact@freskos.in or via WhatsApp/phone (if applicable).
Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the issue and respond within 1 business day.
Once your return request is approved:
A full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If paid via COD, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Minor variation in shape, color, or size of natural produce
Delay in delivery due to third-party logistics or weather conditions
Incomplete address provided by customer
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Replacement product will be delivered within 4-5 hours
